The property manager states that the parking lot where the assigned parking is located has flooded on occasion in the past and is advising occupants using that parking lot that they can park across Sheridan street instead but it has to be behind Publix, not in the general parking area. This is an optional but not mandatory. The occupant(s) can walk through the lot (it is recommended that rubber boots are kept in the vehicle better manage this issue)It should be noted that the property manager advised that flooding has not been an issue for the past couple of years.
